StayNative for QuickBooks Online
StayNative connects to QuickBooks Online so that your operating system and your books stay in step. QuickBooks remains your system of record for accounting.
To connect
- Sign in to your StayNative workspace at the address your StayNative contact gave you.
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Choose Connect QuickBooks Online and sign in to Intuit. Only an Owner or Admin can connect.
What StayNative does with it
- Reads your chart of accounts, vendors, customers, projects, classes and expenses.
- Proposes a category and project for uncategorized expenses.
- After someone at your business approves, updates that expense’s coding in QuickBooks.
- Never posts journal entries.
To disconnect
Disconnect from your workspace (Settings, then Integrations) or from the list of connected apps in QuickBooks. Here is what happens when you do.
